Finally, information and communication technology plays an important role in this new power. Emerging countries use social media and digital platforms to promote their political agendas. Digital campaigns and narrative warfare have become effective tools in achieving diplomatic goals and strengthening their position in international eyes. This development shows how dynamic the global political architecture is. These new states not only pursued economic influence, but also sought to shape an ideological narrative that aligned with their interests. Today’s global politics is a clear arena of competition between emerging and established powers, creating a challenging environment but also opening up new opportunities for future collaboration and innovation.
